This is my first experience with ProSource. I was thrilled to be able to match the stone already installed in my home. Symone recommended four contractors of which three responded to my request for quotes and measurements, and I received only two installation quotes from the three contractors. The contractor I went with did an exceptional job. Very knowledgeable, very neat and went the extra mile to insure the stone was installed to perfection. All-in-all a good experience.

Bob Miller has assisted my husband and I with several purchases. He has been very patient and helped us with our questions and concerns. I called the Daytona store on Friday to be sure that I could pick up our order from the supply room. Apparently, the clerk was new and told me that would be fine as long as I was there between 9 & 12. When I got in, another associate informed me that the supply room was closed on Saturday, but he would ask Bob if he had any suggestions. Bob took the time to find my order so that I would not have to make another 30 min trip in on Monday. He always goes over and above for us, and it is appreciated.

Bob was wonderful to work with because he was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Since we live in Illinois, I needed help getting the paperwork to Daytona, so he needed to spend extra time assisting me. He is an excellent representative for your business. I recommend Bob and Pro Source for anyone who is building or remodeling.

Bob helped me with a quote which was made more complicated because I was out of state. With his help we found an alternate way to get the signed quote back to him. It was important to me to keep the process moving. Thanks Bob!

Symone was a delight to work with at ProSource Daytona. Her knowledge of products, styles and companies surpassed our expectations. She was prompt to email information to us and get quotes completed quickly. Ordering from another city was easily done with Symone via phone and email to get our orders in for a remodel project in Florida. Highly recommend Symone, and the beautiful new showroom of ProSource allowed us to see a vast collection to make our selections.

We walked into the Daytona store and were immediately overwhelmed with all the choices. While that many choices are great it was daunting and I felt like walking back out. Bob Miller worked with us, I told him the color scheme we wanted and he immediately took me over to a section. With his help we had something chosen within 15 minutes and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I would recommend Pro Source and Bob Miller to anyone looking for flooring options.
