STAY FAR AWAY from this place. If I could give them a zero star I would. Please read all of the reviews and beware. I wish I would have done my research on this company before doing business with them. They are the most unprofessional scammers I've encountered. No one knows what the hell they are doing over there. Pure incompetency...you can't ever get anyone on the phone or get a straight answer. I placed an order over a month ago, my credit card was charged, never received a copy of my receipt, let alone an order number. After they took my money they were like ghosts. They don't care about their customers once they take that money...we were never told that our order(s) had arrived, or that we had to pick them up at three different locations. We get to the first one and we are told by the supplier that they cannot release the order to us because ProSource has not paid their invoice...we then talk to a manager at the vendor company we are trying to pick up our first order from and are told that many other prosource customers are having the same issue and that we should hire an attorney...we go to the second location for the other part of the order only to be told the same thing that they cannot release the order to us. We called prosource got transferred around, hung up on, and given excuse after excuse. I was told I would get a call back with answers to what is going on with my order yet no one at prosource can even provide me with my order number or find my complete order, yet my CC was charged for thousands of dollars...here we are weeks later, my project is delayed and I am loosing out on money in addition to what I have already paid prosource. I even went to look them up on BBB and they aren't even accredited and are rated an F. I cannot say this enough, DONT DO BUSINESS with these scammers. There's a reason why there are multiple complaints and all recent too.

Very Disappointed in your store and LACK of Customer Service...……….and Professionalism. Be honest and advice people on what they ask for and are really getting...……..HARDWOOD or MDF>

I was referred there by my designer, for HARDWOOD Flooring, GOOD LUCK with that , they really DO NOT have a selection of HARDWOOD /SOLID FLOORING>… I was VERY MISLEAD about what I bought. My contractor saw it after pickp and he said it was NOT Hardwood, it was MDF. fake wood, and could NOT be refinished ……..I paid twice the amount for too much flooring material, cause they DID NOT offer to come out and measure to get a exact amount. Their customer service was terrible, called several times to get referral for contractors to install and NEVER heard back from anyone, not even the Manager, Brett.

We had worked with Prosource several times in the past without any complaints but on this past experience the service was horrible with little to no communication. I emailed our rep asking for a quote on some products after we had just spent $7,000 and never heard back from her on the quote. In addition, after we didn't hear back from our sales representative on why our tile was taking over a month I called and briefly spoke with the manager Andrew about these issues and he said he would look into it and call me back which he didn't. I left two more messages and never received a return call. Very unprofessional not only from the sales Rep but the manager as well.

Excellent service. The owner of the company was exceptional to work with. We love our new flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. I would highly recommend ProSource. They went above and beyond for us!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our contractor referred ProSource for our flooring and cabinets; we had issues from day one. When sending our measurements and revisions, the design team did not pay attention to any of the modifications we made or minor details that needed to be updated to the design. It took over seven revisions to get the measurements to what we needed. Thereafter communication, responsiveness and customer service went out the door, and they stopped returning calls and emails. Even one of their employees told us that the company had horrible customer service. Due to their poor designing and ordering a cabinet that won't fit our double over (after we sent dimensions and specs) we are stuck with a cabinet that we will not be able to use. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!! It puts all responsibility on the buyer even if ProSource messes up the measurements and purchasing. We also reached out to the owner,f Brett multiple times and have yet year hear from him. FINAL THOUGHT, RUN, AND DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
