In a time of consistently rude customer service, uncaring and uninformed staff, etc ProSource in Alexandria is the far opposite. I could not be more pleased with the process to select and order carpet for my new home. I have great confidence that the delivery will go just as smoothly. Ask for Kenny - he is fantastic to work with.

An architect told me about ProSource, and I’m very glad he did. I worked with Kenny in the Alexandria showroom. He knows his stuff: expertly explained the relative virtues of different types of floors, and pulled samples from the immense showroom that matched what I said I was looking for. The quality and the selection of products is great, pricing very good, and the service and experience top notch. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a wonderful working relationship with my salesperson Lauren Bisbee for well over 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about product lines and guides me through the myriad of suitable options so that I am able to work efficiently and find the best selections for each and every project. Whether it’s tile, broadloom carpet, engineered wood flooring or custom rugs, she’s always quick obtaining samples, pricing and lead times.
