I am extremely hesitant to write this review ~ as the entire world will also know of my "holy grail" design discovery. I have been a designer for over 20 years and Naples is a complicated place to navigate when there are a plethora of design store/boutique options. ProSource Naples is not only ahead of the game in competitive pricing, they are ahead of the game with their amazing staff. My initial and original connection to ProSource Naples was with JP - who has continuously gone above and beyond to accommodate myself, my clients and my company with EVERY SINGLE THING I need and ask for. Then there is STEVEN (the Head Kitchen and Bath Designer & my very own "Harry Potter #1") - who works endlessly on making sure that every single detail of a project is as perfect as can be before order/install, takes weight off of and helps to ease stress off of entire projects, and also goes above and beyond to accommodate needs, changes, and client craziness - with ZERO hesitation. I cannot properly verbalize the excitement of my discovery of ProSource Naples ~ and that says a lot coming from one of the most detail oriented, control freak designers on the planet!!!

I went into Prosource not knowing what I needed but had a vision in mind of what I wanted. I was greeted at the door by John Patrick, he made me feel at home with his big smile and kind words. He took his time and let me pick items and change my mind a handful of times while patiently guiding me in the right direction. I had so much fun during this process. I truly was scared to go there, it can be intimidating with all of the contractors coming and going but JP really eased me into the process and made it a great time. After buying everything I needed I truly thought that prosource could install everything but come to find out that’s not the case. JP gave me several business cards of local pros that they know well. I called all of them and was able to pick my favorite, a young contractor named Jay who helped beyond measure. He truly went above and beyond. If it wasn’t for JP and his recommendations I truly don’t think my house would feel like the home it has become, I am very grateful for his help throughout. Much more than a wholesaler with great prices, I truly feel I have made a friend.

I wasn't an easy customer and Steve can verify this BUT he stuck with me through all the changes I made to the kithen design and, after a few weeks it all came together - the order is placed. I was pleased with Steve's service a few months ago with the master bath remodel so I decided to give him the business again with the kitchen and 2nd bath upgrade. When phase 2 is complete then it's on to phase 3. I'll be adding the Irish Pub and cinema to the home (who needs a dining room) and all should be complete. THANKS STEVE !!!!!

After shopping at the other flooring dealers, we happened upon ProSource. Wish we found them first! they had a wonderful selection, Knowledgeable staff, quick ordering and supplied us with a list of qualified installers that they use regularly. Special shout out to JP Reed for all his help. All this and we saved several hundred dollars on the retailers prices. Thanks!!! Best price in town, hands down.

We worked with JP Reed - who would NOT like this young man!! We appreciated his professional can-do attitude. He took the time to walk us through options until we found exactly the right product for our project. We chose 10 wide by 48, Wood- look Tile. Ricky Soto at ProSource of Naples was outstanding to work with!! He deserves accolades for his Selection guidance, recommendations on membrane underlayment (To resolve previously tile issues from Original builder when the tile was laid on concrete). Mr Soto provided updates on product Delivery, Guidance on selection from 1 of 3 contractors we interviewed, and all at a very reasonable price!

We worked w Rick Soto. Rick was extremely helpful and utilized his contacts to get us the best price. We were a bit surprised that we had to pay for shipping of the tile to the Pro Source warehouse and that it wasn’t included in the product price but now we know and will make decisions with that information in mind. There was also an issue with the shipping of some of our floor tile but Rick was on it. We will definitely be back to Pro Source for our upcoming house projects.
