Originally my contractor picked up a slightly different style of tile. When I saw it was wrong ProSource not only rectified the order but gave me the wrong tile for free. I was thankful for that gesture as the shipment was heavy and cumbersome to return. Customer satisfaction was achieved in spades!!!

Andy and ProSource are the most knowledgeable people in the marketplace for tile granite hardwood vinyl and any other product that they carry They are personable friendly helpful and amazingly efficient. Their prices are very reasonable in the marketplace
