I was referred to Clare Yeadon for cabinets/kitchen redesign. My 1st impression of her was "UNPROFESSIONAL". She had her dog in her office during my first consultation. She kept picking up the dog and rubbing it while we were talking business. We should found out that I wanted to keep most of my existing cabinets her attitude changed from "Yes I Want To Help You" to You Are Wasting My Time". I felt after I told her that she was rushing me out of her office. She told me she had the cabinets to match my existing cabinets and then she told the contractor I wanted to use that she did not. I find her not to be untrustworthy and again unprofessional. I would not recommend this company just because of the her.

1st time dealing with the folks at ProSource and found them knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. No pressure to buy, but willing to answer any question I might have. Our contractor sealed the deal by delivering our carpet and planking and installing them at our convenience. Great experience.

I am very happy with the cabinets that we selected. We couldn't afford the best, but we are very happy with what we could afford (Wolf cabinets). I was happy with the design of the kitchen, until things started getting installed. There are a few details that I wish the designer had thought about which weren't apparent to me, since this is the first time I have redone a kitchen. For example - one of the doors under the sink will not open all the way because it is a corner and the adjacent door is in the way. Not a huge deal, but a detail that should have been thought of. But I would recommend ProSource, I would use Wolf cabinets, but I would watch the details carefully.

Andy was great work with on selecting the right carpet for our house. He was not only knowledgeable but was aware of the financial aspects of our decision without being judgemental of that situation. I would work with them again without hesitation.

Excellent selection of carpet and flooring. Knowledgeable sales people who take lots of time helping. You should have your own installer, but they will offer a suggestion if you don't. Really good value for the quality!
