We had a great experience with Prosource Wholesale! I was not familiar with them and checked out their showroom after finding them on line. Not only did they carry the flooring product I was looking for the price was quite a savings from quote I received elsewhere. Doug Niel was fabulous to work with. He explained the process & made all details come together very quickly. He also referred contractor Bill Kirkpatrick (& son) whose work we were very pleased with. Even better he showed up w/i a day to do estimate & made room in his calendar to do job w/i 2 weeks. I must say we have not had this easy & satisfying a home improvement project before!

Experience with Troy Sala was unsatisfactory. I went into the shop with someone who was going to lay down my vinyl planks. I saw what was laid in the store and asked for similar thing. Troy Sala promised me I was getting quality planks. When the planks arrived, they were very thin and of poor quality. The exact reason why the person who took me to the store promised me he was trying to avoid. Troy was dishonest and very unprofessional. He told me one thing and said something different to the person who was going to lay down the carpet. He said to that person that he just wanted to say anything to me to get me off the phone and I found that statement to be very unprofessional and dishonest.

I had a small job for a client to carpet one room. I worked with Troy Sala who was quick to answer all my emails and questions or to get me answers on the products i needed as well as quotes. The job was installation Tuesday and i have a very happy client. It is wonderful to have somewhere to go where i get just as great service on a small job as i would a large one. Thank you Troy!

The ProSource team was great! Karen greeted me and helped me pick out all the materials I needed. David helped me design the cabinets for my new kitchen and he is fantastic. He has some many good ideas (I need a lot of help). He was patient with me, extremely helpful and made some great suggestions. Everything was completed quickly and at a great price! They also gave me some great recommendations for contractors who have been wonderful so far!

ProSource was recommended to us from a relative and true to his word they were the BEST of everything! They had the product to check out and for us to finally decide on. They had multiple people to come out and give us estimates for the job. Finally everything the price, quality and service were outstanding and that is what mattered most!
