From the first time we visited the showroom, we were pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and willingness to explain the details of each item we asked about, by the Senior Account Manager, Rob. Our original decision was based on reviewing Consumer Reports and understanding the criteria that was used to rate Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. We stopped at ProSource, because we were driving past the location, and did not know anything about the company. We left very impressed, and did a little more research in the product we added to our evaluation. We chose a Coretec product sold by ProSource. A call to Rob let him know when our project was started we would order the material. He gave us an expected time for delivery of 2 weeks. When the Contractor gave us a start date, I called Rob, he gave me the price which was exactly what he had indicated previously, I completed the process on the phone and emailing of documents. In 2 weeks the material was ready for pickup. Everything about ProSource exceeded my expectations, including how quick the pickup was, and how tremendous the person working in the warehouse. He saw me, stopped what he was doing, loaded the material, gave me a copy of the paperwork, and I was on my way quicker than I could have expected. Every person I was in contact with at ProSource was outstanding.
