Rent is expensive in Fort Collins, especially without a roommate. But the studio loft experience was pretty nice. Good security and upgrades. Office people were also friendly and receptive, especially Rose.

A lot of change in management since I've lived here. It has mostly changed for the better and seems more organized. My apartment is fitting for the price I pay and I don't really have any complaints about the quality of living conditions.
