Raymond Douglas, MD, PhD, is a world-renowned, board-certified aesthetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California. He specializes in correcting drooping lids (ptosis), bulging eyes (proptosis), and more. Dr. Douglas also operates an additional practice in Shanghai, China, where he has perfected techniques to correct the effects of double eyelids. Dr. Douglas graduated with academic distinction from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his medical training and his doctorate in immunology and autoimmune inflammatory disorders. I contacted this people back in November for a friend of mine in overseas that needed thyroid surgery in US and explained the US Embassy requirements, they responded by asking for $150 for video consultation that can go toward the surgery which we agreed and waited a month for the video call that took only 5 minutes and I wad told by person in video callthat someone would contact me short time after the video call, for days No one called or emailed and ignored my calls and as well as my emails, after I sent my last email that I was going to dispute the charges and post my negative feedback about their actions my friend received the estimate that how much is going to cost the surgery which is useless for the purpose of our inquiries in first place, now I have few questions from these people : 1) In my first email I specifically stated what we needed if you were not going to do it why you wasted 2 months of our time ? 2) Why right after 5 minutes video call you ignored us for days until I told you I am going to dispute and post my reviews? 3) Is you office desperate for $150 ? 4 ) when we told you we need a letter that explains about the surgery and other procedures in order to apply for a visa for my friend and you agreed why are trying to establish by sending an email that how much you would charge after sending numbers of emails and phone calls ? 5) you have about 40 reviews on google, most of very positive !!! reviews are from people with only one review in their record , are these reviews are real or fake ? What this office has done to us is pure dishonest and unprofessional .
