Larry is a truly exceptional real estate agent. If you can sell a property with a sitting tenant for an overseas client during a Covid pandemic, then you must be a bit special. This Larry has done for me. As a UK resident, I am unfamiliar with the US property market. However, Larry unraveled the seemingly impossible and provided outstanding help & advice throughout. The entire process was conducted by email with almost instantaneous replies to my queries. Larry organized everything, from coordinating with the occupant, providing referrals, guiding me through the paperwork & overseeing transfer of the eventual sale funds.
