I wanted to formally thank you and the Richair team for the wonderful service from the initial stages of estimates and quoting to the final installation. You were willing to work with us on matching our other proposals, were timely in your follow-ups, clear and helpful all along the way. The installation team was quick, efficient, and extremely clean during the install- which we cannot say for some of the other contracting jobs we performed on our residence. Amanda from the customer care team was a great help in coordinating between all of the different areas, and finalizing all our Mitsubishi rebates and so forth.

Once again the Richair staff performed competently with respect to the annual service of my ductless air conditioning units. The appointment was scheduled with ease and the technicians performed their tasks professionally and speedily. All of my questions were answered by the technicians. Dealing with this company over the last six years has been a pleasurable experience.

The best most responsive customer care team. Richair really does a good job at following up and helping you find a date and time that works best for you. The technicians are simply the best in the field!! honest, neat, clean hardworking and always on time and finish in a timely manner!! We are very happy the service receive from the technicians. Our unit it hard to reach, we have them come every 6 weeks to clean and every 6 months to perform maintenance. Every single time they are better than the last visit! I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and kept their promises. They were focused on finding the right solution and kept me up to date in every step of the process. They were prompt, polite and worked efficiently. Everything was left perfect clean and neat. They were on time and left my yard looking better than before they started. Very thorough. Explained all parts of the process and made everything very easy for us. Pleasure to work with . Walked through different options with us to make sure we would be satisfied with final outcome. When there were any issues, we was in constant contact with us to let us know. I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions

Truly excellent service! From the first phone call to request a quote, to calling to request service on the ductless unit Richair installed, they have been very responsive, courteous, and great at establishing relationships with their customers. The technician who came to run diagnostic tests on the ductless unit I have installed in my home was on time, absolutely professional, and an all-around nice guy. He was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about the installed unit and how to use it most effectively to keep my home cool. I definitely recommend Richair!

Handling the phone call was far above perfect as it always is. I had to change my appointment not once, but twice and they were more than happy to change it for me. There was never a hesitation or a comment, there was only friendly 'no problem'. Richair' technician was not only pleasant, but right on the button of time. He was friendly and provided excellent service. Not only neat, but patient. When there was a problem he was diligent. His timing was great. Richair can be proud of this serviceman, he represents the company proudly. The technician described what he was doing in terms that were very clear to me and my sons. He also pointed out future problems that could come up and how they could be resolved. I am very pleased with his responses, they were very helpful. I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions

The ductless AC installation was done in a timely fashion. The customer care team was great. They were very attentive, answered my questions, and follow-up promptly. The technicians were on time, worked hard the entire time they were here. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up before they left both inside the house and the yard. The AC works great and meets all expectations. The technician took time to explain both the installation and how the unit would work. My input was sought to ensure they Ductless AC installation would be done where I wanted and he provided me with options so that I could make the best decisions. I recommend Richair to all!

Richair repaired my Bosch Greenstar combi boiler. Awesome customer service. The technician was very intelligent, informative, knowledgeable and caring.
