Excellent! My experience at Rochester Indoor Storage has been nothing, but a pleasure. The online booking allowed me to book the unit in my free time (9 pm on a Saturday night). I was able to move in right away. The building is well lite, so I always felt safe. There are carts and dollies available at the front door, so I didn't have to carry my items. When I had a question about move out, Nicole, answered my questions after one ring of the phone. There is no notice needed when moving out, so that was a relief. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Plus they are family-owned and a small local business. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
