Worst excuse of a builder ever finish work was horrible sloppy bad workmanship I have photos you wouldn't believe your eyes! AC is not powerful enough to cool the house. Too much to list.

Please contact me if you would like to see all the photos in connection with this review. Today was my final walkthrough 2 hours prior to closing. I totally understand that no new construction is perfect and there will be flaws, however some items were unacceptable. When I expressed concern I was told by “Chris” this is a “production home, not custom”. Perhaps not the most considerate reply to a customer. A few weeks prior at the 1st walk I had “Carlos” who was very pleasant but also never followed through on any of the items we blue taped. I didn’t realize wanting a hole they put in my wall properly repaired was “custom”. The answer to many of my concerns was “oh we’ll paint over it”. A whole door frame wasn’t sized properly. Instead of properly measuring the added sheetrock/repairing it properly, the door wouldn’t open/close, the frame & molding were literally hanging off with paint and putty slathered on with a large ragged gap around the entire doorway. I was assured it would be fixed today but returned after closing this evening to the attached photos (but the door does close now
