The ONLY complaint I have with RMR is with the pricing of your Lazer Stiks (sp). The price has, I believe, basically tripled since I bought my first one some time ago. They are, as far as I can tell, basically the same now as they were several years ago. I find the price now to be ridiculous and gouging. This is especially true as I have to replace them periodically due to half of the LEDs failing (3/6). For the price, they should last pretty much forever or be warrantied far longer than they are. Other than that I love your products and explain to potential customers how they work (and when they don't and why). Please check my purchase history to see how many I have purchased over the years and then add at least three more (that I know of) that friends have purchased as well. I would appreciate some consideration on the Lazer Stiks next time I want to order some as I have stopped buying them due to the price. This is especially trying as I have had to order replacements for failed ones, even after sealing them per your technicians instructions and still seeing failures. Why is this? Regards, Jim
