Incredibly professional. Ken really cares about the work. For him it is a passion that the work is done well, in a timely fashion. His team came on time and when bad weather threatened, they stayed later the first day (I have a huge roof) to get more done and sent extra men to finish the job before the storm. Moreover, he calls mid way to make sure the customer is satisfied with the progress, then again after the job is done. Without reservation I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I definitely understand why Ken and his business receive so many 5 star reviews. Last night I got a slightly panicked call from my wife while I was working, letting me know that a kitchen ceiling light fixture was leaking water all over the table below. My heart sank. We had been planning to have someone come out and take a look at our aging roof for sometime but I had never gotten around to it. I hurried home and fortunately the rain had stopped and the total amount of water that had made its way through wasn't that bad. With rain forecast all through the weekend though we immediately started making calls to find someone to help. Most of the highly rated companies couldn't see me until late next week at the earliest with repairs starting later still. Ken, the highest rated of the bunch some how managed to come out the very same day. We got a plan for short term repairs and a longer term plan to replace the roof. He was patient in explaining what went into the estimates and the quoted prices seemed very fair to me. Best of all he managed to get the repairs done the same day as well. We are quite thankful for the extra effort on his part and the piece of mind it brings us knowing their will be no more leaks with the coming storms this weekend. Thanks again Ken!

We needed to have our roof fixed due to inadequate ventilation. Ken was one of a few contractors we called for an estimate. After talking to one contractor and then Ken it was immediately obvious Ken was the one to choose. Ken's professionalism and knowledge was exactly what we had hoped for. He was easy to work with and didn't try to sell you on expensive products. He was quick to diagnose the problem and gave straight answers all the while having a good personality. In short he made roof repair as fun as it could be. We were actually glad to have replaced our roof after working with Ken. Our advice, save yourself the hassle with roof repair just call Ken!

Roof.net is an excellent organization with wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I've needed their services on 4 different occasions, ranging from emergency to small. Ken and his staff were always promptly responsive and took care to quickly and accurately resolve the situation. This is truly an HONEST and ETHICAL company, which I feel is rare to find now-days. Example, Ken came out to assess a bulge in my roof. Well, he used his knowledge and skill to determine no fix was needed, and that the bulge was actually due to the structure of the house. What he did was simply apply small bounces on the roof to see if the plywood was solid or not. He didn't suggest any unnecessary work, and he was not disappointed. For the emergency, he came out within a matter of a couple of hours to help me. He determined the cause of the issue and with a hastened turn-around time, his men came out to fix the leak. On the smaller side of the scale (which isn't a job too small for Ken), he helped me repair some of the aluminum flashing and siding that had come loose due to wind damage as well as sand and paint my roof vent stack pipe to improve the wear it had developed over the years. What's amazing is that not a single time did Ken ever ignore my call, need, or request. Small or large job, he has always been prompt to schedule me. He and his men show up as scheduled and they do a fabulous job! I truly believe he keeps the best interest of his clients in mind and that he is a man who keeps his word! Ken and his team have done exceptional good job replacing the roof of my rental property in Manassas, while my hometown is in western Mass – 450 miles away. That was why when I started my searching for roofing companies, my first concern is how to find an honest businessman who I may trust to complete the job with high quality, up front pricing, and on schedule even without my onsite supervision. Otherwise, it would cost $300 for an extra traveling to Manasass from my home. Starting July 7th till August 11th, I had received five quotes from different companies. Once receiving the 4th one from Ken on 7/21/2017 with his draft contract, I had decided to ignore the previous 3 companies, because Ken’s contract has earned my trust instantly for four reasons: A) his A+ rating by BBB; B ) detailed quality assurance; C) Time completion 1 day; and D) his distinctive, transparent, and competitive pricing. So that I decided that if I choose Ken to do my job, I simply sign his draft contract without any barging as his quoted pricing was the lowest among the 4 quotes I had got so far. Maybe I was too greedy or worried too much, I got the 5th quote as a Proposal with whole price lower than Ken’s the worst case scenario (I.e. if all plywood boards need to be replaced), but its quality of materials was not disclosed, warranty policies was not satisfied, and most confusing to me was its job scope described in email looked differently from its attached Proposal. After several emails clarification, I could not feet a possible trust anymore. I felt embarrass for my delay 3 weeks before submitting my signed contract to Ken. As scheduled, Ken and his team arrived on the morning of 8/31/2017, which happened to be 1 day after my old tenant moving out with all utility services canceled, so that no job could start before Ken dispatched electric generator arriving . While waiting, the team lead asked my neighbor to borrow her electricity for a couple hours, my neighbor felt happy but refused to tell how much $$ she’d expect for. Ken asked the lady “give me an offer so I may counter you”. My neighbor joked with smiling $100. Deal as Ken confirmed immediately. Which made me so appreciate, as it should have been my responsibility for the power supply, that was why, when all jobs done in late afternoon, I did not ask Ken for how many new plywood sheets actually used, which we had initially mutually agreed should be between 28 – 30 , so the final billing would be no more than $140. I got my final bill weeks ago, Ken surprised me again - $140 was deducted from what I had agreed to pay, which was just one more reason for me to say Thank you once again to Ken and to his great team.

We hit the jackpot when we found Roof.net on the internet to replace our roof on my Fairfax home. They're extremely professional and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!
