I do want to share a review of two young men being representatives of Roof Tech. Trevor and Tristain Whigham came to my house to inspect my roof as I could see some areas compromised from storms here in the Oxford Alabama area. Trevor and Tristain completed their inspection and confirmed that my roof was severely damaged. These young men are professionals, they explained what was going on with my roof, explained what the process of getting a new roof installed and showed courtesy and respect to me all through the process. These two young men referred to me as Mr. Martin, responded to my questions with a yes sir or no sir and listened to me talk for at least 45 minutes and gave me their full attention. Roof Tech has employees that truly wants to serve their clients and I experienced this with full satisfaction. Trevor/Tristian, keep up the good work as both of you have definitely been raised the correct way. Thank you Sirs.

William Gomez contacted me within an hour of my call, and met with me within 2 hours. He maintained frequent contact with me throughout the process, and was always responsive, courteous, helpful, and reliable.

Tony and William, we're both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They both took the time to walk through the entire process. There was never a sense of pressure. Everything they told me they would do they did. Everything was done timely and extremely efficient with no corners cut. They helped handle the insurance claim and talked me through that process as well. Overall I am extremely happy with the quality of work and customer service provided.
