The grout between our of travertine floor slabs had become badly soiled and stained over the years as it is a highly traveled area by our family and indoor/outdoor dogs. We first hired a mason to grind out the grout and install new. However after a year, the new grout started to flake out - so we contacted RotoClean. Eric promptly surveyed the damage and provided a very fair estimate with assurances that it would be better than new. Rarely have I experienced a supplier who can actually underpromise and overdeliver - but Eric and Chase did just that - on time and on budget. The floor is better than new. Usually if something sounds too good to be true - it usually is... but not in this case. We are delighted with the end result and wish to commend them on their attitude which includes a corporate culture of appreciation and consistent updated which included multiple phone calls to advise of their arrival times and expected work completion times. We will ask them return annually to keep our floors looking better than new.

Had some scratches and divots in marble floor. The scratches were removed and the divots were almost invisible once the job was done. The company advised me upfront on what they thought they could do. They did not disappoint. Saved us from potentially replacing the floor. Thanks Rotoclean.
