Proven beyond a shadow of a doubt money is much more important than doing the right thing. The foreign doctor is a manipulative liar who doesn't care about her patients. Time and time again we are finding out she doesn't even look through the medical history of the pet. Have an upcoming surgery she claims is life threatening? Can't do the day she said they could because she forgot to check medical and a simple shot was due. Let's push it back a week it's not really life threatening I just lie to maximize billing. It's really only the foreign doctor, you can tell she's got her salesman face on while she's claiming it's life threatening. Then post surgery different doctor says how clean it was/ not life threatening at all/ no infection actually unnecessary. After a completely different surgery on a different pet, again "didn't check the medical" "forgot" they had other issues in that exact area that should have been corrected at the same time, but since they didn't check medical history this surgery made it worse so now we need 2 $2500 surgeries. What a horrible person that foreign doctor is. I could tell she was lying but thought maybe she's just not a good communicator. Talking to the other doctor post surgery it was clear. Noone takes any responsibility, except for the front desk after we found out they overcharged us for services that we didn't received multiple times IN A ROW. "They're new".
