Total ripoff! Came to fix leaking bathtub faucet. Knobs had been removed exposing the stem. Technician told me it was too old and wouldn’t pass inspection? I have had leaks fixed before on this tub with no problem. He said will need to tear out the wall and replace the whole system at a cost of around $700.00 ! IAs a senior I told him was not in my budget. Asked him how much did I owe him now? He said $120.00. I asked why so much and he said $60 for service call and $60 for travel. I told him business was 8 minutes from Northland Gardens and my address. I almost told him to leave without paying him but I did. I trusted the reviews I read but that was a mistake. I am ashamed to let my family know what happened ! I expected to pay $120 plus parts etc to fix the leak but he touched nothing only looked then gave me a bill. Do not call them ! I thought I was using a local company and feel like they took advantage of a senior citizen .
