I had an appointment today, when I arrived they said they told the stylist I was there. I waited an hour and questioned if there was a problem. I was told the stylist wasn’t even there today They gave me another stylist that wasn’t busy. When I checked out instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or giving a discount, which is what most professional people would do they charged me $20 dollars more then what I normally pay. Mixups can happen but the way they handled this you can be sure I will never go back.
