The absolute WORST experience!!! first off the FIRST limo that picked us up was old and run down very ugly but i looked past it, 10 minutes on the freeway it starts making loud noises n smoke fills the cabin so the driver pulls over ON THE FREEWAY, the owner HUGO decides to have him pull off the freeway n we wait for over 30 minutes to have a ran down DIRTY SUV pick us up to take us to our venue. HUGO assured me a new better Limó will pick us up from our venue …that’s a JOKE 5 minutes on the road in the “new”Limó and all the lights go out. (No air no vision AT ALL) not to mention there was trash dirty cups etc in the cabin …I txt Hugo he never responds to me the driver says “we’re almost home” we were still 20 min away… DO NOT USE THIS BROKE DOWN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!! you will regret it!!!
