We gave them a car that needed A LOT of labor intensive work done, further complicated by a warranty company that made the process so difficult. I have never dealt with a car issue without my husband's help before so it was scary and overwhelming. Amy and Saul did so much to ease my mind while also dealing with a lot from the warranty company. I started the process suspicious and scared but left with my car and peace of mind. I truly appreciated Amy's follow through and patience with me. I also really appreciated that Saul took a substantial amount of time out of his day to sit and talk with my husband and I, addressed all of our concerns *and* did EVERYTHING he could to work with us, ease our minds and ensure we left happy. Also, thank you to the awesome mechanics who did such a thorough job fixing my car. You were all wonderful. We are truly grateful for you and will be bringing the car back *if* she ever needs more work done. Thank you very much!

ZERO Stars If I could ! Cheating and misleading customers. Do NOT take your car to Saul's Autotek. Saul, your BAD KARMA is catching up with you.! You overcharged for what we don't ask for the services. Customer services are very rude. No transparency Horrible place. Saul's Autotek is a SCAM !

In August I brought my car to be repaired for a "new engine" as stated per receipt for auto technician. Told it was going to be completed in 3-5 days a week max and taken the repair shop 4 months to get my car back and 2 more additional months waiting on a party that went on back order. I paid my dues to auto shop to repair the car. Then in February of 2022 I got a call to bring car in for final repair of vack order product and repair shop told me when I got there (dropping off for repair) that he no longer was keeping me as client and to find someone else to fix the car and to buy part else where when I paid the repair people for the repair of my new engine to be fixed. The owner had ripped me off and left me with a car that is still having sane issues that I brought it in there for. I have been treated like creak from this company for not communicating about pays as I was waiting 2 months prior to February as they had received part but no communication on bringing my car in for continuing repair. So they ordered it again and was suppose to be here in Feb 2022. This all started in August 2021 for repairs and dues already paid to merchant. The owner is rude and laughed I'm my face and started a fighting Remark when I arrived to discuss my car and why it was taking so long. I been nice to this company and even given 7,000$ just for repairs to not be competed correctly. Let alone they lied and only replaced cylinder heads instead of replacing engine. This was addressed from merchant after installing was in progress and they stayed they couldn't get engine so they decided this was best repair at that time after already signing off on documentation for new engine replacement. I felt I was taken advantage of based on my age. I don't make a lot of money and work in Healthcare for cardiovascular and use this car for transportation to and from work. My car continues to leak oil based on the ground in my driveway from my car where I park. The shop will not answer my calls. Owner very aggressive and tells in your face and has his employees pay behind him being rude to his customers. Very unsatisfied and left with a broken car for almost a year now
