We moved in our house in 2016. The team back then was wonderful to work with. Since then when we've had issues with the A/C which already needs to be changed and a leaky roof which caused sheet rock damage, the GM Paul and his assistant Tyler have been horrible to work with. They are the 2 most incompetent people that I've ever met. Not sure how this company hasn't gone bankrupt yet. There is zero customer service. I would not recommend them to build my dog house and everyone around here knows it.
