BEWARE! Bait and switch tactics! Don't trust their advertised price. Once they get in your house they will charge you a lot more!

SEP's rates are a rip-off. Tech Luke showed up on time and told me the sink drain snaking could take up to 2 hours and, if so, would cost $235.00. The job only took 1 hour and they STILL charged me $235.00!!! Customer BEWARE. Gary Meyer 4-7-22
