Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. Had to rearrange our work schedule three times due to the contractor not showing up. Someone finally showed up when we were not home. Pulled out the wrong window, did work we didn’t even need done and did not fix the actual issue- we did not approve the work that was done. We were then invoiced double what we were initially told for the work we didn’t approve and when we questioned this and asked to speak to an owner, Lori - the office manager would not allow us to speak to anyone and threatened to send the invoice to collections. I would advise not using this company, they do not know how to run a good business.
