As a business owner, I respect the establishment & understand that sometimes the staff don’t speak to the quality of service a business owner expects.
With that said, my first visit was amazing. I was extremely impressed with the service & structure of this salon. After my second & third visit I was met with very annoyed staff who had a ton to say under their breath (I am bilingual, but I didn’t make them aware.)
For my third visit, I informed my nail tech (Jenny) that my nails were sensitive & that I didn’t want the drill or the filer on my nail bed, but she continued anyway. I then had to project my voice & tone out of frustration to tell her to stop what she was doing, so she put my gel remover polish on my nails, then stormed away for a bit.
The lady working on my daughter was just as rude. I asked for gel polish & she made multiple frustrated outbursts in English saying “OMG!” because she assumed that my daughter might not be steady under the gel light.
I am leaving this review because I am not certain that informing the staff alone would make much of a difference. I also wanted to give future customers a heads up of what they can expect.
I hope this salon addresses this issue.
