Dr. Antoine and staff at Select Health of the Twin Cities are miracle workers!! I have been in constant pain in my lower back and down my left leg for months. I have tried many different treatments like Chiropractic, acupuncture, pain meds, shots, and physical therapy. I was to the point of not even getting out of bed it hurt so bad to move. I was taking 6 Advil every 4 hours just to try to get out of bed. I had to walk around my house for an hour hanging onto furniture and walls in the mornings until the Advil kicked in for me to move. I was referred to Dr. Antoine by a co worker who's son had gone to him. That day of my first meeting was my lifesaver. We went over a treatment plan and they explained everything so well to my husband and I, we felt they had my best interest at heart and wanted to fix me not just treat my symptoms. I am a different person today and I can only thank these wonderful people at Select Health of the Twin Cities. I have my life back!!

My experience and treatment at the MN Disc Center has been fantastic. There is a caring and committed staff who were generous with their time and supported me along the way. I have several herniated discs that I am being treated for. My ultimate goals were to gain back my mobility and avoid surgery. I am making progress in this direction and I am renewed by a clinic that understands that the body can heal itself naturally if it has a little help along the way.

I went in with pain in my feet and into my ankles. My MD said there was nothing to do for the neuropathy except to prescribe a pill to mask the pain. I came to see Dr. Antoine and listened to all he had to say, I followed all his instructions. My feet went from 30% feeling to 95% in three months. I cant believe the outcome. I have three areas that I have been treated for at Select Health of Edina. 1) I initially went to the clinic with a mild case of tingling in my feet that I wanted to address to make sure i would be able to stay active in baseball, golf, cross country skiing and the like. I have seen a 60 - 70% improvement in the last few months and am very pleased so far. 2) Knee treatment after I had my knee scoped, I was having some pain , stiffness and not full range of motion that I had before the surgery. Dr. Antone told me about a new Lazer treatment program he was introducing in the clinic. After 4-5 treatments I have had a 75% improvement in less pain, range of motion has increased to the point that there is literally NO pain when I go for walks - amazing results. 3) Rib injury. I had a rib injury about 8-10 years ago that has bothered me when I am playing golf or baseball. I have had therapy on the injury with some success but it never cleared up completely so i decided to give the Lazer treatment a try because of the success I had on my knee. First treatment and the pain was substantially better and after the second treatment it continued to improve. Two treatments - 70% improvement in discomfort and range of motion. For the best results on what ever your health concern is, I would recommend all three of Dr. Antoines procedures - 1) In home treatment program. 2) Office treatments as recommended 3) Lazer therapy I am back to my active life style and feeling better each week.
