I found Watson Buys online after doing some research. I liked their website. It was clear. I liked Shaun too. He was very generous with his time. I didn't ask for an offer straight away as I wanted to look at all options before deciding if I should do a quick cash sale or sell it through an agent. As good as agents can be, in the end I just didn’t want to have to deal with renovation it, having people come through my house and inspections and all that. With Watson buys I didn’t have to fix anything, no showings and no other people to slow down the sale. They let me leave anything I didn’t need behind too. Letting my house be sold to Watson Buys was a great decision for me. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with watsonbuys.com was flawless. They ​were hands down the best real estate company in Denver! 1. I mailed them and they promptly called me back. 2. I needed to sell for cash and they gave me a cash offer. 3. I didn't want to fix anything and they bought the house as-is. 4. I needed flexibility for the closing so that I could move into my new place. Watson Buys let me pick the closing date. They also let me change it because of delays with the loan for my new house I was buying. The entire team was courteous and highly professional. Shaun and Alex both very knowledgeable when it comes to housing markets in Colorado. An all-around great service provider that is based in Denver too! Thanks for everything!

Good cash price for my house, easy process, I didn't have to make any repairs. From the time I first called to the time we closed was really quick in my opinion - only 23 days! Honest and transparent. Highly recommend.

I am finally getting around to do this. I sold my house to Shaun at Watson Buys about 9 months ago. He made the whole process easy, I didn't have to make any repairs to the house, even though the roof and gutters were in disrepair. They bought the property for cash. I recently moved from Lakewood to Lakeside - 10 mins closer to Downtown Denver. My realtor had found a fantastic opportunity, pocket listing, on a condo in a complex I really liked. We had to move fast and I needed to sell my house to be able to qualify for the new place. My agent suggested I talk to Shaun at Watson Buys as she had another client that had worked with him. Shaun and his team listened to what I needed and delivered! They gave me a fast closing, they gave me a great cash price, and they coordinated it all for me with my agent, the title company, the bank, and everything. The service they provide in helping people when they need a fast easy house sale is great. If I ever move again and have another great real estate opportunity in Denver I wil be calling Watson Buys!

I had a house in Lakewood, on the west side of Denver, that I was looking to move on. I wanted an easy way to sell, I didn't want to go through all the showings and that. Watson Buys gave me an answer to all of my needs. I wanted to sell fast - they let me set the closing date. I didn't want to have to fix anything or renovate and they bought my house as-is. I didn't want any fees or commissions and they use their own money so no banks etc. No nonsence very efficient real estate professionals.

I want to review this location for Watson Buys too because I worked a lot with Michelle from the Montbello office. She coordinated the whole process of selling my house for me. All I had to do was call them up, talk to Shaun about the condition of my house and then he showed me comps. I didn't have to fix anything and they wrote into the contract extra time for me o be able to move. It was really convenient. Watson Buys is a great company and its really nice that they are a Colorado company too! Great Job guys!
