I had a great experience at Serendipity. They were able to show me a wide variety of dresses to help me narrow it down to the one that I ultimately chose. I purchased my dress after the first visit! And everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I came into Serendipity not knowing what I wanted in a dress. Jennifer was so patient and bubbly, making me feel at ease.As someone who’s terrible at decision making, I expected the process to be long and tedious. Jennifer felt like a long lost friend, guiding me along the way. First dress shop and I found my dress! Never thought I’d be a bride who cried but the waterworks flowed. I can’t thank Jennifer and Serendipity enough!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping with Dorothy. She listened to what I wanted and helped me navigate competing opinions to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. My only critique would be that I could have used an FAQ or advice sheet when I booked the appointment that explained what to bring to the appointment and what to expect when I got there. Other than that, it was perfect!
