Shasta Pool Repair

Our pool is about 2 years old. We have had problems since day one. Build time was longer than told which is whatever but the real problem is trying to get things fixed. Pentair has been great whenever something breaks like our heater has needed two repairs both done within a week or so of calling and our salt cell recently broke and they came out within a week and replaced it. As for trying to get shasta to fix anything it seems to be impossible. We have had travertine that is missing its top layer for over a year and our spa and pool light are rusty. Our spa light is the worst with rust now running down our pebble sheen. My husband has called about it a few times, I have called about it a few times, a guy that came out to fix our water leveler was so nice and helpful even took photos of the lights and travertine and sent them in to shasta to try to get a diver out, this was months ago and shasta has done nothing. I even ended up getting the superintendents number, he came out and did the same thing, took pictures, said they will need to get a diver out and took them off the travertine. I followed up with him a few weeks later via text and he said he emailed them again to see what was going on and we have still heard nothing. So our pool continues to get rust all over it and look horrible. All of these issues and our pool is only 2 years old. Maybe we will hear something in the next two years but I won’t get my hopes up. Without have had 4 of our friends ask if we would recommend shasta and we just laugh and give them the company that did my brothers pool. If you choose shasta good luck.

Service tech Ray Hundley was here today to replace a motor and do some repairs. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and pleasant. Great representative for Shasta. We would certainly use him again.

From the time I called in and spoke with Debra, I was impressed. She was polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. She scheduled my appointment, and Rodney was the technician who arrived. He is very detail oriented, finding, explaining and addressing other issues with my system that I was not aware of. I was thoroughly impressed. I might add that I was a corporate trainer for a Fortune Service 100 company. Service attitude is inherent in a person or it is not. I had a serious problem in the middle of the night and called Shasta the next morning. The Technician Daniel Lammay arrived and immediately identified the problem. Dan went out of his way to ensure that no other problems would occur, replacing and repairing items that were not operating correctly. Dan was professional and one of the best pool technicians I have seen. Thank you for employees like Dan. He was amazing and I recommend him and Shasta Pools for all pool needs and especially a Shasta pool.

Shasta pools has gone above and beyond while refinishing our pool. Than you Shasta. Will do business again in the future!!!

I have had two homes in the past 46 years and have a Shasta pool in each one. I have been very happy with this builder, and have been extremely happy with the in-pool cleaning system. I have only used Shasta Pool Repair Service all these, and have been very satisfied. Recently, 7/19/17, the heads in the pool were not progressing in the pool. Shasta's Service Technician, Cory Blackwell, replaced all the gears in the turbo, and the heads in the pool as they too very worn. What impressed me was that I did not have to asked him to check everything, He knew what he was doing, replace the submerged heads in an unbelievable fast time and the work was completed in less than an hour. All had a very good rapport with this customer and demonstrated his knowhow in dealing with my pool issue. This is one of your best technicians for the issues I had. Thank you Cory and Shasta.

We needed to replace our filter unit as it developed a leak (unfortunately it did not last as long as it should have). Our service technician was Phil. He replaced our unit quickly and answered all our questions regarding the filter unit and pool operation in a friendly/helpful manner. Phil was Great to work with!

Shasta replaced our cool deck. Just want to say that Manuel Rivas-Pena and his crew did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding! Our 22 year old Shasta pool looks brand new. They were very professional and we really appreciate their hard work. THANKS SHASTA !

Shasta pools is worthless , from start to finish they have been a nightmare for us.Every phase of the pool building process was a nightmare. Alot of sales and a lot of being lied to at every step. Unbelievable how bad they've been. They ripped out our cable TV , Sprinkler timer wires from wall , hit the roof with tractor. Bait and switch sales. lying to go with certain options over others. If they are going to lie they all need to be on the same page. Shasta Pools is the worst company I've ever done business with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and AZ Contractors.
