Getting an appointment was several weeks out (about 3 weeks due to busy season). Once technician was on site, service was good and professional and good recommendations. Technician indicated that paper work and followup was 1.5 weeks behind schedule. However, after 3 weeks I still had not heard back so I called customer service. They said they would track down the technician, which they did and I got a call back the same day. Overall, I had to take time out of day to followup hence the lower satisfaction rating. Also lower rating due to the time it took to get an appointment.
