When we finally received the coop it came to us already damaged. The driver then caused more damage while delivering, but promised touch up paint and a new key to the lock. We then took photos of the damage and uselessness of what we got and sent them to Mike.
That was three months ago. Still no word from Mike about addressing the many issues. Mike did let me know that this was not his fault, but that's as far as he went. Now Mike is ignoring us.
So very professional.
I can't believe a local business owner would stoop so low and act like this.

I like the quality of the shed, to get warranty work done is a big hassle.the owner lies so much and makes false statements.so tired of arguing with him.then today( 9/3 ) he shows up at my home to take pictures of shed which is now only 2 years old to try and say it’s unstable and have his wife/girl friend which was swearing and yelling very bad business. All it needs is to be a slight leveling done in one corner.If she’d was so unstable then I would not have $35.000 worth of Harley’s in it along with other expensive stuff.he try’s to use to many excuses.will try and settle the problem in court as not going to put up with lies and being treated so poorly.good luck to all and hope you all have better experience then i’am having.
