As a military family, transition has become a way of life. Each relocation presents challenges, one of the biggest being finding a house. With school age kids, pets and a list of of desired amenities, locating the 'perfect' house, can be a stressful and daunting task. Working with Sheila M. Burdett Agency, and Steven, has alleviated all of the stress and time consuming searching for our ideal house. I gave Steven a list of desires and locations, and he was able to come through with flying colors. He has been prompt in response, professional, attentive, and very accommodating. It has been a pleasure doing business with Sheila M. Burdett agency, and I am forever grateful for their assistance in finding us an ideal home, for our time in Kansas.

My experience with Sheila M. Burdett Agency has been a pleasent experience. I worked with Steven Burch and he was very attentive to my family and I. He was always there when I needed him and answered all my questions right away. He was patient and always looked out for our best interest. I couldn't have picked a better agency to have worked with. Steven made our house hunting experience manageable because he worked around our schedule and was very patient with us.

As far as Sheila and Steven are concerned they were awesome they kept on top of everything despite the roadblocks caused by the sellers realtor and my loan company. I strongly recommend them if you want top notch personal service and piece of mine.

We had a wonderful experience with the Shelia Burdett agency, there was no question to small, they took the time to sit down and explain every step of the home buying process with us as well as being there anytime time day or night! Plus with all their hard work we were able to close very quickly as we had a small time frame to get into our new home.
