Located within the 20,000 square foot showroom of The Shelby Design Center are – Carpet One Floor & Home and Lighting One – both which are family owned and operated by Jim Plutter. Carpet One and Lighting One are both part of a cooperative of over 1,000 other independent, family businesses. The cooperative advantage gives us the buying power to purchase quality products at competitive pricing which we can then pass on to our customers. We recently went to Shelby Design Center for new window treatments. Our sales associate, Amy, was very knowledgeable and came to our home promptly for measurements. Our installers, Peter and Daryl, were very professional and meticulous. They did an excellent job! We are very pleased with our entire experience with Shelby Design and look forward to updating more windows in our home.

Very pleased with Jennie and her service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very optimistic. Her communication is excellent and I never hesitate to have my clients deal directly with her! The store is clean, very on trend and everyone is helpful.

I'm an Interior Designer and have worked with Jennie for all of my lighting needs for the past three years. Jennie has been nothing short of amazing to deal with. She assists me in finding lighting options for my clients, orders samples when needed, and always goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. Jennie ensures that you are completely taken care of and has unmatched customer service skills. Jennie is a great resource and has a wealth of knowledge in the area of lighting. I am very happy to have found her, and I highly recommend her and The Shelby Design Center!

Very happy with up to date scheduling issue and the installation crew were professional and workmanship was high quality

Mitch was so patient and happy to send us home with as many samples as we wanted to make the best selection. He personally came to the house to measure and look at the samples in the room. His top priority was to make sure both myself and my husband were happy! We LOVE our carpet! We will be sending friends and family to see Mitch! Thanks so much for making it a great experience!
