Located within the 20,000 square foot showroom of The Shelby Design Center are – Carpet One Floor & Home and Lighting One – both which are family owned and operated by Jim Plutter. Carpet One and Lighting One are both part of a cooperative of over 1,000 other independent, family businesses. Very happy with up to date scheduling issue and the installation crew were professional and workmanship was high quality

Mitch was so patient and happy to send us home with as many samples as we wanted to make the best selection. He personally came to the house to measure and look at the samples in the room. His top priority was to make sure both myself and my husband were happy! We LOVE our carpet! We will be sending friends and family to see Mitch! Thanks so much for making it a great experience!

We went to look at carpet for our condo. We were greeted respectfully by a saleswoman who's name is CHRISTI MEYER. (Christi is NOT a pressure salesperson)She took us to the area of the brand of carpet we were looking for. She knew the product well and answer all of our questions we had. We ended up buying from Shelby Dssgin. Christi kept us informed of every step of the process from ordering to end of install. Christi called us Days after to make sure we were still happy with everything. The two men from J&R who did the installed were also top notch. Would not hesitate to go back to Shelby Disgin agin.

Bought numerous lighting fixtures for our home, very knowledgeable and friendly. Computer operating system is very slow, took almost as long to pick out a light fixture as it did to complete the transaction.

The overall buying experience was excellent. All considered the delivery time was good. Only problem was one of the three lights was found to be defective upon installation. Will be visiting the store tomorrow to resolve the problem. I'm confident there will be no problem getting things resolved.

From the first time we walked into the store to the day we had our carpet installed, it was a fabulous experience! Our salesman Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful. His expertise made shopping for carpet easy. He also got our carpet ordered and scheduled for installation in a very short time because of our situation. He was a great person to work with and we appreciate everything he did for us. The installers did an excellent job. We have a tricky area to carpet around our stone fireplace hearth and they did a really good job. They were also very careful and respectful of our hone and very polite to us. And the carpet.........WE LOVE IT! It looks beautiful and ii goes well with our furniture and walls. The touch and feel and thickness is so nice. We are sure we are going to enjoy our Karastan carpet for many years to come!
