As first time pool owners, and with a pool that had been resurrected from a former life due to a teardown/rebuild, we needed competent help getting the new system up and running. Our rep, Nick, knows Pentair well which is the equipment we have. He schooled us on how to use it, set up our phone apps to manage it, and a rep comes weekly to check the chemicals and clean the pool. It is pristine and beautiful - looks like new! We're very pleased. Also like the ability to receive invoices and pay online.
