06/28/2020: I'm confused. My first order was fantastic--shipped fast and arrived with no issues. This was May. In June I needed fire ant treatment so my husband ordered from them. The order was damaged in transit and sent back. They contacted us and said we'd get a refund. Still hasn't happened. I notice several other bad reviews for the sane issue around the same time. What's going on? Is the boss's idiot kid running shipping and refunds? What moron is messing up what seems like a great company?

06/24/2020: I ordered from Solutions Pest and Lawn due to a Rat Problem, the neighbors live like Pigs and we got most of the running traffic, Calls to the city ended up with dumb Ideas get better Trash can, so I ended up getting some Bait and Bait Stations, I wish now I knew about Solutions Pest a few months ago, So far so good no sign of Rats and they enjoyed plenty of the Bait Blocks. Future Customers thinking they can't do it or solve the problem, You can do it just call Solutions Pest and they will get you on the right track

06/23/2020: Ordered and paid for product and it never showed up. Tracking results show product was shipped and traveled around the country before ending back up in their warehouse. I had to call them multiple times and they were unable to give me an answer which I then requested a full refund. Terrible customer service they never offered to solve my problem they were just unhelpful, and now I have to wait multiple days for my refund and then purchase the product from a reliable vendor

06/18/2020: I placed my first order on May 23rd and have yet to receive it. I called 6/10/20 about my order and was told they don’t understand why I haven’t received it and that they would resend my order. As of today 6/18/20 it still says label created. I still have no product that was purchased. It would be great to get my order.
