03/16/2023: Business office and people in billing department and insurance department are unprofessional and rude. They are extremely unpleasant to deal with and causes me anxiety dealing with them. One woman (Nina?) yelled at me on the phone when I said I didn't understand the issue and for her to explain. I would never recommend going to this facility.

05/31/2022: Be prepared for long waits in crowded waiting rooms. 15 minute appointments cane take over 2 hours. Care is excellent when they finally get to you. Been coming here for 14 years and the wait times have continually frustrated me and I hear the same complaints from others in the waiting room. I think it's time to find a new provider.

06/29/2021: waited 2 months for an appointment with this clinic. The day I went in for the appointment they informed me I had to have a mask! They then told my wife had to wait outside in the 111 degree heat as she could not wait inside. When I asked why they said it was their “policy “! Well they can shove their policy and their clinic straight up their a**! Inconsiderate piss poor customer service for a”medical provider! I’ll NEVER go back!
