I just wanted to thank the staff for helping me today. I was traveling and staying in Lakewood when the nosepiece from my glasses came off. I went to another optometrist who could not help me so I stopped at this location. Even though I was a walk-in from out of state, I was treated wonderfully and within a few minutes was called for assistance. The lovely woman who helped me said she could assist. Apparently, the glasses I have are very challenging to put in new silicone pads. No one gave up and other staff members stepped to help. When completed, they not only replaced the broken pad but added a new one to the other side as well. I would have been happy to pay for this much appreciated service but they refused the offer and wished me a good day. I really appreciated the kindness and would definitely be a patient of this practice if I lived in the area. Thank you again!
