If I could give 0 stars I would. Orderd on November 28, 2020 and still have not received my $210 golf bag. No communication. I have emailed and called numerous times...no response. My next step is to open up a complaint with PayPal. If I would have known this I would have ordered elsewhere...but wanted to support a family owned business.
I placed an order and received an email with a confirmation and tracking number. A couple of days later the USPS tracking number/label shows as canceled. I have tried emailing this company at several emails that they list. I have also called them over 10 times with no answer. A complete waste of time.
This company does not reply to emails, or answer their phone. There is no back office phone number to even call just a store number and they aren't answering. They took $254.00 from my account and will not answer me about where my order is.
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my wife a Dallas Cowboys golf bag because I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation. The communication with Sportsfanz is non existent. You can call and they rarely answer. I called 20 times just to get it answered one time and the gentleman stated that I needed to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Did that and they will not reply to your emails. All they need to do is communicate with people a lot better and they would not have such an issue. I ordered the bag 10/2/2020 and it arrived today 10/30/2020. If someone would have politely stated it may take up to a month then I would have been like thanks for the heads up. I almost had my credit union refund my money back because they would not and did not respond to my calls or emails. If you do decide to order from them just be patient. This was quite the ordeal because I do not shop online much anyway so I was getting more pissed by the day. Communication is the key. Maybe they are understaffed I do not know however when you order a product you expect it to be delivered in a timely manner and if it will be a little behind schedule JUST SAY THAT THEN!!! You would not get such low ratings and pissed off people. C'MON PEOPLE!!!
I am confused by some of the reviews on this site. I had a great experience. I received my product on time and had great communication with the store. They were very responsive. I would not to order from them again.
I don't understand the bad reviews....My order came on time and had a slight problem with the US mail delivery. Even though it was not Sports Fanz fault, Chad Rogers stepped right in and went above and beyond to help me. I will order from this company again. Awesome customer service and great products!
