I just received my order yesterday. I ordered Star Wars Eagle's Mandalorian flag and Phillies Mandalorian flag. I got 2 flags the Phillies Mandalorian flag but i didn't get the Eagle's one that I ordered, instead I got Phillies darth vader one.

I placed an order on 04/14, but I jave not received an order #, nor tracking #, I've emailed them twice already, no response, I called their number, no answer, no VM to leave a message. Hiwever my account has been deducted the amount, unreliable company!

I ordered a computer desk mat on 4/5/23. I recieved an order number soon after but was informed i would recieved a shipping number but haven't. It's 4/23/23 and I have called the store numerous times without an answer and I have emailed 3 times and have not received an email back. I will never order from here again and will never recommend sports fanz to anyone.

Great looking team flag. My bad not noticing it’s one-sided. Tried to cancel order right away but the order was already processed and going out. Otherwise, delivery was good!

I have sent two emails to customer service and have not received a response to either of them. Really wish I had done my research and saw that many others are experiencing similar issues.

Placed an order 7 days ago now. Was given an order number, no tracking number, I’ve emailed support and we’re going on 4-5 days now without a reply. I understand it’s a small business but looking at the reviews it seems every negative review is the same issue. Wonder how the business model of getting angry at bad reviews instead of fixing the issue is gonna work out. I just want my mouse pad.
