I’m sick of companies like yours. Since I bought a simple Bengals license plate I tried to email and call with out any success. I ordered it two weeks ago so it would be here for Christmas.

I placed my order 11/14. It does say because of the holidays allow extra time for processing. I've sent at least four messages as well as half a dozen emails and not one reply back. Bad customer service. I can not confirm the quality or value for this rating, as I never received my order.

I ordered an item Dec.4th and still have not received a tracking information. I have no idea where my item is! Emailed this company twice with no response and no one will answer phone when I’ve called!!!! Unhappy customer!!!!!

So far it’s a scam. Order tracking keeps saying order awaiting fulfillment two weeks after I placed it. No reply to any emails, chat and no answer when I’ve called three times. Complete joke. Do not order from this con job!

Sent the wrong flag! Emailed about it and no answer. Can live with the wrong one but it is pure “bait and switch!” Would not order from this company again.

It’s been over a week and the simple picture frame still hasn’t shipped but I’ve been charged in full. There is no number to call and there is no response when I emailed. I would say don’t order from here if you ever expect to get your items. Still don’t know if mine will actually ever ship.

Ordered a wide angle picture of Eagles stadium and it looks amazing! Nice quality frame, quick shipping, frame was packed well so there is no damage. Highly recommend!
