Ordered product online, got an email saying I was charged. I still have not gotten a confirmation of shipment even after requesting a confirmation or tracking number. So at this point my rating is low.

Great business to deal with - nice quality WVU merchandise and good customer service. We had a small hiccup, but it was taken care of quickly and they went above and beyond - thanks and would buy here again

The flag that is pictured is not the flag that we received. I reached out to the company about it and they never got back to me. SCAM!

/Worst company I've eve r dealt with. Ordered my product on 8/16/23 got a confirmation of order they took the money from my credit card the next day. I waited 7 days and asked for an update on shipping was told "sorry for the delay scheduled to ship in 4-5 days." Now 9/13/23 they won't answer emails. Reporting to PayPal and credit car company.

Never received my order even know my credit card was charged. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. What a rip off. This place sucks!

The shirt that I ordered shipped extremely quickly. And was much better quality than I had anticipated. I will definitely be shopping here again.
