I ordered 2 WVU t shirts and one hat. I received 3 t shirts and hat. The country roads t shirts I did not receive. They evidently replaced it with a WV 50 year basketball t shirt. I called store and the gentleman told me that the school informed them they could not sell the country roads tee because that is their trademark or whatever. That is fine but no one sent me an e mail to let me know about this and to give me an option to get a refund or another shirt in its place. I feel I should have made that decision. I guess they threw in the extra t shirt to compensate. Will think twice about ordering anything else. I sent an email about this matter but have not received a reply. Probably won’t but I will keep trying.

Nothing I hate more than getting a request for a review, when my product hasn’t even shipped yet. What kind of review do you think I’m going to give at this point. It’s been a full week since I ordered and it hasn’t shipped. Okay I can accept that maybe it has to be manufactured or printed, or ordered from a third party, but when you are now pushing for a review while I’m still waiting to see some sort of progress on my order, I’m only going to give you a horrible review based solely on the service you have not provided me with, that I’ve paid for. Get your crap together. Turn off the automated system that auto sends the email and manage your business appropriately and professionally.

Panini used false advertising. Draft Picks '23 leads you to believe the cards would be from the college draft in 2023. Only 2 of 30 cards were from that draft class. Others are top picks from years as far back as 1965.
