We chose this groomer based on her great reviews. The first few times were fine, however, the last visit left our dogs irritated, feverish and miserable. They both had extreme razor burn and a few nicks. Their skin was hot to the touch for days. One of our dog scratched so much she bled. We brush our dogs regularly between grooming and they were not at all matted. It took her just over two hours to do both dogs; it is not possible to do two curly coated dogs in that short of time.
