Customer service was VERY poor. Guy leaning against counter arms crossed “what will you have?”. Our first time going to this place. Good set up, very poorly ran. Girl was making the ice cream. Middle of her stirring she says “my arm hurts” and stops stirring and for the “regular” size cup it wasn’t even half way full. She left a lot on the mixing bowl that could have gone in my cup. $17 down the drain. I had high hopes for this place but I was wrong. Very highly priced for maybe about 1-2oz of ice cream. I defiantly won’t be coming back.
