I bought my A/C and furnace system from sun kool along with the extended warranty. When does the air/furnace go out? For me it's typically the weekend. A/C working intermittently now because of the thermostat, again. They keep replacing it with the same subpar model. Called for after hours service. They won't respond to Ocala or any where else, except for, wait for it, the Villages. Even used covid as the stand by excuse. Just saying you should factor in my experience with this company when making your choice. First review I've ever written. Obviously not happy.
