I’ve been coming here for the last several years. I made what I thought was an appt for my dog to get allergy meds and cytopoint. Always seen the Dr for every other cytopoint injection.
I get here and they tell me they can’t give him drops for his eyes and he’s only seeing the tech for a cytopoint injection.
I live 30 miles away. Absolutely ridiculous that he has had eye drops here before and they told me I had to make a whole other appt to get his eye drops! Now make that make sense.
We are here but they can’t give him eye medication? he has already been prescribed at this office!
I will never come back to this place and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either. And a yelp review as well.
Horrible to make my dog suffer because your office staff failed to tell me I wouldn’t be seeing the Dr and only seeing a tech! Shame on you people! The receptionist was condescending and per usual saying ‘ok’ ‘ok.’
Not acknowledging it or trying to find a solution. Unbelievable. Do not go to this office. They obviously do not care about their patients!
Told the receptionist I would Google if I could give him human over the counter eye drops and she’s say ‘ok.’
What professional Says ok to that??
Then she asked if I’d like to make an appt and I said no I won’t be coming back and she said , ‘ok.’
She didn’t give 2 craps. Now that’s what I call customer service.
She sat at the east desk and couldn’t have cared less that she was losing a customer with 10 animals. Nope not one bit. I couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t even rude, I was just very to the point about how I felt.
As a new pet owner I trusted this clinic for my new fur baby. Management told me it is not their job to provide me with options. They overcharge on meds for pets by A LOT! I do not recommend. You would think they would be more helpful with new pet owners but think twice before you go there. Who knows what else they are overcharging on and when you bring it to their attention, they will tell you it’s not their job , that you can decline or approve knowing you are trusting them with your fur babies. Highly unsatisfied. They prolonged her ear infection knowing I talked about my concern for multiple visits but they want to get the most money out of you. My pet had been in pain for longer than she should of and when they finally addressed my concern, they over changed a medication over 50%. But it’s not their job to give you options for your pet, knowing my complaint they did NOT provide me with a solution
