Jason showed up on time for the estimate and was professional with the capability of giving me a price before he left. He told us which materials he was using, the suggestions for the color schemes on the decking. We also had a concrete patio added. I talked the the construction workers, who were polite and professional, each morning before I left for work and they did a really nice job. I am happy with the work and the look. A major improvement from a wooden deck.

Sundance was one of the companies we contacted when we decided to replace our 20 year old wood deck. This turned out to be a smart move. My wife and I were very impressed with Sundance from their initial visit right through the completion of our beautiful new trex deck. We wanted a 'new look' for our deck and they did an awesome job working with us to design our deck. The crew that assembled our deck was thoroughly professional and took great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to have Sundance complete other home improvement projects for us and will gladly recommend Sundance to our friends and family.

I am very happy with the work that was done on two bathrooms. Problems were discovered that I didn't know about. The employees were one time and polite.

So pleased with their work. Came today and had the new roof installed by 5:00 pm. Roof looks great and they cleaned up all the debris from the old shingles they removed from my house. Meeting with their representative at first and explanation of process was outstanding. Project Manager, Ted Mears, was there from the beginning to the end. Cannot thank him and Sundance for their professionalism in the delivery of their product.

Overall they do really good work. The best part is, they show up and they do what you want. They also clean up after themselves. They are polite and I don't have to watch them. I've used them a couple of times. When I haven't, I wished I had.
