This company LIES to you, STAY AWAY.I found out the hard way how theY operate in PORTLAND OREGON. they come to your house take 2 weeks to write a bid for you, and on their bid they leave half of the stuff they promise you is out of bid and when you ask questions and say what you said you would do is not in writing and they want you to sign a CONTRACT OFF THE INTERNET BE CAREFUL,BECAUSE THEY LIE, and when they put what you ask for what they said they would do for a price, and you finally agree on price and what's to be done and OWNER BRENT writes these bids comes to your home takes your time up, then the night before tells you he will come to your home to sign a contract pay half down he brings 2 men who have nothing to do with BRENTS PORTLAND LOCATION he brings them to your home unwanted and they REFUSE TO HONOR THE BID THAT THE OWNER BRENT WROTE UP HIMSELF AND GET RUDE AND NASTY AND WANT MORE MONEY THIS COMPANY IN PORTLAND OREGON DOES WHAT YOU CALL A BAIT AND SWITCH ON YOU THAT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL.THE PORTLAND OREGON location does bad business practices AND ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 2 MONTHS AND I FOUND OUT THEY LIE BIG TIME TO YOU, and when you say something call them on their LIES, they have great excuses. BUT BOTTOM LINE STAY AWAY GO ELSEWHERE LIKE I DID AND GOT A REAL FENCE COMPANY THAT HAS THEIR OWN CREW AND INSTALLERS,THIS COMPANY HAS NO INSTALLERS THEY SUB LET IT OUT AND IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH QUALITY GUESS WHAT THEY TELL YOU CALL FLORIDA AND FILE A CLAIM.I found someone that did much more and Quality for less money and i will tell everyone STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR FENCE RAIL IN PORTLAND OREGON Everything that they wrote on a bid THEY REFUSED TO HONOR, and try the old bait and switch game where all of a sudden they want more money for job they bid. THIS LOCATION PORTLAND IS A JOKE,THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO WRITE A BID AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU THEIR GOING TO DO IS IN WRITTING NOT JUST PROMISES OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS LIKE BRENT THE OWNER MADE SEVERAL PROMISES TO ME AND IN WRITTING AFTER I PUSHED THIS AND NEXT DAY HE REFUSED TO HONOR HIS BID THEY LIE BIG TIME TO YOU HERE,SO HEADS UP AND A WARNING STAY AWAY GO ELSEWHERE AND YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER AND there's lots of fence company's in PORTLAND that have been in business more than 2 months have their own installers that are employees of that company not just sub out labor not their installers but sub contracted and find a owner that is real and honest not a BIG FAT LIAR LIKE BRENT IS. and this is only a franchised business like BURGER KING or TACO BELL. All the owner is what you call a glorified manager AND THIS OWNER BRENT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO HIS WORDS OR PROMISES HE SAYS HE WILL DO HE IS NO MAN OF HIS WORDS AND WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL DO SOMETHING HE LIES AND BRINGS 2 UNWANTED MEN TO YOUR HOME TO BULLIE YOU SPEAK LOUD TO YOU TRY TO BAIT AND SWITCH YOU AND CLOSE A DEAL AND NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS ONLY SUPERIOR FENCE RAIL DOES THIS TO PEOPLE AND IF YOU NOTICE NOT 1 REVIEW IN PORTLAND OREGON EXCEPT THIS AND AGAIN STAY AWAY GIVE NO MONEY ON THE INTERNET TO THEM BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOTHING THIS WAY AND THEY HAVE SOMEONE WHO ISNT AUTHORIZED SIGN THE CONTRACT SO THEY CAN WALK AWAY IF THEY WISH,AND THEIR WEB SITE ALSO LIES LIKE THE OWNER LIED TO ME AND WASTED MY TIME however the good is by shopping i found a much better company local lots of good local reviews not like zero reviews for this PORTLAND LOCATION but a business that tells the truth gives honest bids writes everything in writing and says THANK YOU not lie to you for 2 weeks, then try to bait and switch you and want more money. Hope this helps anyone out I'm 69 years old and seen it all with this company.
